Michael and his staff are always friendly and remember me by name every time I call despite the fact I am a small customer. The fabric range serves me well, I very rarely have to look elsewhere for what I need. I find having the samples with me at consultations is immensely helpful when selling my dressmaking services to brides. My clients like the fact they don't have to go shopping themselves. The full sample book range was one of the best investments I have ever made! They keep it updated with all the new fabrics very regularly so there's always something new and pretty. I even used five different fabrics (lace, silk and satins) from them when I was making my own wedding dress and those for my attendants. And when I ran out of gold silk for my own dress with just five days to go they got me some more the next day. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
